Based in Bangplee, Thailand, this role will be responsible for translating project objectives into successful site-level implementation, ensuring business readiness, system adoption, and a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.\nWorking closely with HR, Supply, Payroll, IT, project teams, system partners/vendors, and key stakeholders across ASEAN, you will drive deployment activities from planning and preparation through go-live and stabilization.\nThis is a 1-year fixed-term contract role, providing dedicated project leadership and execution support for the successful deployment of the Time & Attendance solution across the agreed ASEAN scope.\nYour responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end deployment of the Time & Attendance solution across the agreed ASEAN scope, from planning through go-live and stabilization.\nDevelop and manage deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.\nCoordinate across HR, Supply/site teams, Payroll, IT, and system partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.\nFacilitate business requirements and configuration readiness covering shift patterns, working schedules, attendance, overtime, leave, and relevant payroll interfaces.\nCoordinate data preparation, validation, and migration activities to support implementation.\nLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution coordination, defect tracking, and resolution.\nDrive go-live readiness assessments and coordinate cutover and post-go-live stabilization activities.\nIdentify deployment risks and gaps, drive timely resolution, and escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.\nLead change management and adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user support.\nEnsure site leaders, HR teams, managers, and relevant users are prepared to adopt the new processes and system.\nEstablish clear ownership, processes, and support arrangements for transition into business-as-usual operations.\nMonitor deployment progress and provide regular updates to the project sponsor and key stakeholders.\nThe experience we're looking for\nSolid experience in HR technology, Time & Attendance, workforce management, payroll, HR transformation, or related system deployment projects.\nDemonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in end-to-end system implementation and deployment.\nExperience working in manufacturing, Supply, or other shift-based operational environments would be advantageous.\nGood understanding of Time & Attendance processes, shift patterns, overtime, payroll integration, and workforce practices.\nExperience with UAT, data readiness, go-live, change management, training, and post-implementation support.\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and/or deployments across countries or locations would be advantageous\nThe skills for success\nStrong project and deployment management skills with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and countries.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical implementation actions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.\nStrong attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall project outcomes.\nEffective facilitation, communication, and change management skills.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and driving actions through to completion.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
