We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.\nAbout the role\nBased within the country sales structure the Assistant Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key customers. The role has accountability for the full scope of Reckitt Benckiser’s commercial interaction with the customers, ranging from development of sales strategy per customer to the management of promotional activities. The role requires close cross functional interaction with trade marketing, supply planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and Information Systems.\nYour responsibilities\nResponsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer - including net revenue, gross margin, trade spend, market share\nBuilding long term partnership with the customers and ensuring sales fundamentals and promotions are planned and executed in-store with excellence\nManage trade budget closely and continuously seek for maximization opportunities\nMonitoring and providing analysis as the source of new shoppers’ insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio brand management for the customer\nManaging customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and the customer trading terms.\nImplementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer\nDeveloping customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation\nContinuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of custome\nThe experience we're looking for\n1. Qualification\nEducated to minimum bachelors degree level in a business related subject - from a recognised University\n2.
