Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.\nAbout the role\nYour role will provide you the responsibility for your area of blending - ensuring smooth running and troubleshooting problems. The role is about more than just efficiency - Our commitment to innovation runs through the whole business. So, we will look to you to spot and take every opportunity to improve safety, quality, and performance while following strict adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, and Food Defense are mandatory.\nSchedule:\nMonday - Friday\n1:00 PM - 9:00 PM\nYour responsibilities\nOperate blending equipment including shut down/start up procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems\nCertified to operate a forkliftRequires valid driver’s license\n\nFollow blending instructions and sampling plans as requested\nFollow all Good Documenting Practices (GDP) and guidelines to ensure accurate information\nHave general knowledge of ingredients being used\nComplete equipment and environment cleaning requirements\nDisassemble, clean and reassemble equipment to meet company, customer, and regulatory inspections\nFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean & sanitary workplace\nComplete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership\nThe experience we're looking for\nPhysical ability to complete job duties,\nAbility to stand for long periods (8-12) hours\nLift, push or pull 100 lbs\nWorking in varying temperature environments\nAbility to bend, twist and complete repetitive motions\nAbility to follow directions accurately\nAttention to detail and organization skills\nAn aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nTime management skills\nA detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take the initiative and achieve high-quality results.\nWork collaboratively with a team\nWillingness to participate in ongoing training or cross training\nAbility to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed\nA background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
