In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative intimateproductscross different product formats, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role offers a unique platform to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful, consumer-focused innovation.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLead new product development from concept through formulation, process development, consumer testing, scale-up, and product launch, following established internal procedures, and troubleshooting during product qualification stages and manufacturing trials.\nLead the creation of technical product stories that effectively highlight product superiority and key performance benefits. \nMonitor raw material, market, and industry trends to provide insights that fuel future innovation and product pipeline development. \nLead the design and implementation of robust product evaluation methodologies to enable data-driven, sustainable, and consumer-relevant claims. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure alignment and successful project execution to ensure successful on-time project delivery. \nApply project management skills to help coordinate tasks, timelines, and milestones relevant to R&D activities. \nEstablish, track and manage resource requirements, including effective budget management.\nScout external RTG products that can be readily adapted to suit RB needs and actively support the realization of new business opportunities. Manage and guide External Manufacturing Organizations (EMOs) in delivering against formulation, development, and testing requirements aligned with internal success criteria and company standards.\nYour experience & skills:\nMaster’s degree in relevant scientific discipline such as cosmetics science, chemistry or relevant areas. \nRelevant experience within product development role within FMCG environment with a minimum of 3 years’ product development experience working in personal care, cosmetics or home care areas.
