This position provides dedicated operational and commercial support to cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing and Trade Marketing.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nCommercial Operations Management\nSupport master product data maintenance and ensure information accuracy across systems.\nCoordinate POSM and Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) planning, production, deployment, and tracking activities, including sampling, mock-ups, approvals, production schedules, and nationwide promotional executions.\nManage product embellishment and approval documentation processes.\nSupport event execution through sample management, logistics coordination, and administrative preparation.\nAct as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.\nSupport commercial projects and business initiatives as assigned.\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nManage Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and invoice reconciliation to ensure timely processing.\nSupport contract administration, including preparation, documentation, filing, and compliance monitoring.\nManage monthly claims submissions of Head of Sales & GM and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission.\nArrange travel bookings, accommodation, and event logistics for leadership teams when required.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.\nOnline Sales Reporting\nPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance reports and KPI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.\nAnalyze online sales force performance, effectiveness, and productivity trends to identify opportunities for improvement.\nManage data extraction, cleansing, and maintenance across relevant systems.\nJob requirements\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.\nAt least 1-year experience in marketing, trade marketing or FMCG administrative or analyst roles.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management).\nStrong Coordination & Follow up, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills\nExperience dealing with vendors and quotations is an
