The role holders will also identify the areas for improvement with the site excellent, justify capital and revenue expenditure, and deliver role-justifying savings, manage Strategic and Capital Engineering Projects, including new equipment installation.\nYour responsibilities\nUsing site Key Performance Indicators, financial and production data identify the primary losses and opportunities. \nCommunicate findings to relevant management team to gain support and resources.\nFacilitate or lead cross-functional or department specific teams to deliver a sustainable change to minimise the identified loss and maximise opportunities.\nJustify and manage improvements that require capital expenditure or significant major revenue.\nTrack and formally report improvement projects, to include all expenditure (including labour) and benefits throughout the project, the implementation and the projected life. \nJustify each project and the overall role through sustainable benefits delivered.\nDeliver training and coach the workforce in key and improvement productivity tools.\nEnsure the environment policy and objectives, and ISO14001 quality management system requirements, in order to assist the production department, reduce the production process result in production effect on environment.\nImplement group and site environmental and health and safety: policies, objectives, and other related requirements of the ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nFamiliar with the relevant laws and regulations of medical equipment, with the practical experience of quality management, has the ability of the practical problems in production management and quality management to make the right judgment and processing\nThe experience we're looking for\nB.S degree in electrical/control/automation related\n5 years relevant to manager / project experience within a FMCG environment \nProven track record of delivering change with experience of World Class Manufacturing techniques. \nWorking experience in multi-national company\nProven experience of facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable change\nFully conversant with GMP and ISO9000 quality standards\nGood English writing.
