As a Senior Associate / Engineer / Project Manager in Regional Packaging, you'll integrate innovation with strategy, leaving your mark across a tapestry of brands. This role isn't just a job - it's a journey across different sites, a learning odyssey that enriches your professional canvas while steering our markets towards greener horizons.\nYour responsibilities\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of CapEx projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project scope.\nEnsure full compliance with company policies, regulations, and applicable safety, security, environmental, and quality standards.\nManage the three key pillars of project management:Scope: Deliver project objectives and agreed deliverables.\nCost: Control project spending within approved budgets and monitor expenditure against project plans.\nTime: Ensure projects are completed according to established timelines and milestones.\n\nDevelop project master plans, resource requirements, budgets, and implementation schedules.\nConduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and mitigation planning to support project success.\nOversee contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality delivery, compliance, and effective partnerships.\nEnsure all plant modifications, equipment installations, and facility upgrades meet regulatory and operational requirements.\nMonitor project performance through defined KPIs and success measures, evaluating outcomes against objectives upon completion.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, financial records, and progress reports.\nEstablish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, achievements, and financial performance.\nDrive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project execution effectiveness.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG industry.\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience, leading capital investment, engineering, or factory improvement projects.\nProven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives.\nExperience in factory expansion, equipment installation, process improvement, and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects is highly desirable.\nThe skills for success\nStrong knowledge of industrial equipment installation, modification, commissioning, and implementation of new and existing production systems.\nProficiency in engineering drawing and design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent applications.\nKnowledge of PLC systems, industrial controls, and process automation technologies.\nExperience in Factory Automation, including SCADA systems and manufacturing automation applications.\nStrong understanding of engineering standards, safety regulations, quality systems, and project management methodologies.\nAbility to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.\nStrong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nResults-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\nHigh level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and safety standards.\nAbility to work under pressure and drive projects to successful completion.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
