You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.\nAbout the role\nAs a Formulation Associate within the Pain R&D you will be responsible for the end to end deliver of NPDs for the Pain Category, delivering the innovation in line with the Brand Strategy.\nReporting into the Senior Associate, as an R&D Formulation Associate working collaboratively with cross-functional experts across teams, you will be responsible for carry out due diligence on 3rd parties and delivery of number of products to ensure we keep competitive.\nYour responsibilities\nTechnically Lead allocated projects within the of the category innovation pipeline, working in close partnership with R&D capability teams, ensuring the projects deliver to agreed milestones with a clear understanding of assessing technical risk throughout the development route.\nDrive the formulation feasibility stage of product development cycle for all agreed projects through to factory scale up working with the R&D matrix organisation.\nWork diligently with 3rd parties EMOs on external development opportunities and in-licensing showcasing best practise needs and collaboration.\nRespond effectively and efficiently to changes in project priorities and needs whilst communicating clearly risks and project impacts to stakeholders.\nThe experience we're looking for\nMinimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with a strong focus on OTC products.\n\nHands-on experience in developing and optimizing formulations such as solutions, suspensions, tablets, and granules, with granules considered a strong advantage.\n\nUniversity degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field).\n\nThe skills for success\nCompetency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nA record of effective problem-solving, demonstrating independence and initiative-taking.\nStrong interpersonal skills with a talent for leading, inspiring, and collaborating with a team.\nA results-focused approach, ready to evaluate and embrace calculated risks for innovation.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
