This is a unique opportunity to operate at the centre of Payroll, HR, Finance, IT&D, Tax, and external provider networks, helping shape the future of payroll delivery globally.\nYour responsibilities\nLead and coordinate global payroll governance forums, including agenda management, executive reporting, presentations, minutes, action tracking, and stakeholder accountability.\nSupport the GPO in driving the global payroll strategy and transformation roadmap.\nAct as a key partner across Payroll, HR, Finance, Tax, IT&D, and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and delivery objectives.\nSupport to manage payroll vendor governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), global performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReview vendor KPIs, SLAs, controls, and service delivery metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership.\nDrive operational excellence and process standardisation across payroll hubs and regions.\nThe experience we're looking for\n13+ years of payroll experience within a large multinational organisation or complex global payroll environment.\nStrong understanding of payroll operations, governance, controls, compliance, vendor management, and payroll service delivery.\nProven experience leading or supporting payroll transformation, process improvement, or large-scale change programmes.\nExperience partnering with IT&D teams on payroll system implementations, integrations, interfaces, testing, and technology enhancements.\nStrong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.\nExperience managing outsourced payroll providers and holding vendors accountable to service commitments and performance standards.\nThe skills for success\nGlobal Payroll, Payroll Transformation, Payroll Vendor Maangement , Payroll Process Improvement; Process management, Process Improvement, Process excellence,Execute plans, Strategic mindset, Digital literacy, HR Data Analysis; Data management; Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial accumen, Solutioning.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
