We focus on developing our leaders to spearhead our culture and growth, so you'll be supported and mentored to deliver the right plans to drive business performance - and we'll celebrate the results with you along the way.\nAbout the role\nJoin our HR Team to help enable effective delivery of the people agenda across a portfolio of Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) functions by supporting HR Business Partners and Business lLaders with workforce planning, talent processes, organisational change and workforce insights.\nIn this role, you will coordinate and manage workforce-related projects while providing workforce advisory support to ensure the consistent execution of people priorities. You will drive the standardization, simplification, and adoption of global HR processes, policies, and tools, enabling a seamless and efficient employee experience across the organization.\nSuccess in this role will be demonstrated through the effective execution of workforce, talent and organisational priorities, reduced administrative effort for HRBPs and greater clarity of the HR operating model among business leaders, increased adoption of standard processes, tools and self-service solutions, and positive stakeholder feedback from both HRBPs and Business Leaders.\nYour responsibilities\nSupport delivery of the people agenda: partner with HR Business Partner in CHQ Global Function to coordinate and execute key people priorities across assigned functions and support workforce planning processes on a Quarterly and Annual (Plan) basis.\nProject manage workforce transformation across sub-functions, build reports and presentations to support business decision making; coordinate implementation of organisational changes and workforce transition activities; track actions, milestones and outcomes across key people initiatives.\nEnable HRBP effectiveness by providing day-to-day advisory support on overall HR governance model.\nBuild standardized consistent process management tools, processes for recurring HR topics including performance improvement plan (what & how), standard hotspots or grievances, in the functions.\nAct as a central coordination point across Business, HRBP, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Centres of Expertise. Support Line Managers with guidance on standard HR processes, policies and tools.\nDrive simplification and improvement - standardise recurring activities, reporting and workforce governance processes, identify opportunities to streamline work through technology, automation and manager self-service.\nSupport transition of transactional activities to appropriate service teams, digital solutions or self-service channels.\nThe experience we're looking for\nExperience supporting HR Business Partners with workforce planning, organisational change, talent processes or HR programme delivery.\nPractiacal experience in using HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM.\nThe skills for success\nPractical HR Operations knowledge, delivery-focused and comfortable operating through change and ambiguity\nStrong project / change management and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.\nComfortable analysing workforce data and translating insights into actions.\nStrong communication and influencing skills.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification and efficiency.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
