You will manage end-to-end delivery of audit engagements, ensuring consistent adoption of Internal Audit methodology, effective coordination with business stakeholders, and timely completion of audit activities.\nWorking closely with Audit Leaders, Domain Leads, and the COE Managers (Ops & QA, and Data Analytics & Innovation), you will help deliver impactful, insight-driven audits that strengthen governance, controls, and risk management across the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring that global audit plans are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standards.\nYour responsibilities\nLead end-to-end audit delivery, ensuring compliance with methodology, timelines, and quality standards.\n\nCoordinate audit planning, including scope validation, risk assessment, walkthroughs, and workplan development.\n\nOversee fieldwork execution, ensuring robust testing, evidence quality, and supported conclusions.\n\nProvide guidance and coaching to audit team members throughout engagements.\n\nServe as the primary liaison between audit teams, Domain Leads, and business stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate audit issues, observations, and recommendations effectively to management.\n\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions.\n\nSupport audit planning through risk assessment, resource allocation, and workload prioritization.\n\nMonitor audit progress, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.\n\nEnsure audit documentation and workpapers meet quality and methodology standards.\n\nDrive consistency in testing, reporting, and governance practices across audits.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance audit efficiency, effectiveness, and value.\n\nPromote the use of analytics, automation, and digital tools within audit activities.\n\nChampion best practices, methodology improvements, and continuous innovation.\n\nContribute to knowledge sharing, capability building, and development of standard audit approaches.\n\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional certifications such as CIA, CA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).\n6-8 years of internal audit experience, ideally with exposure to multiple business domains or markets.\nStrong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, process evaluation, and control testing.\nExperience leading or coordinating audit engagements in a global or matrixed environment.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.\nFamiliarity with audit tools and data analytics platforms (Power BI, SQL, or similar) is preferred.\nProactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nThe skills for success\nData Analytics & Insights\nAudit & Risk Management\nData Extraction & Transformation\nData Visualization & Reporting\nData Governance & Quality Management\nAutomation & Continuous Monitoring\nCritical Thinking & Problem Solving\nStakeholder Management\nCommunication & Data Storytelling\nProject & Delivery Management\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
