This includes shaping product strategy, defining success metrics, prioritising backlogs, and ensuring products are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and governance standards.\nThe Product Manager works closely with programme leadership, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and enabling IT&D functions to maintain transparency, support informed decision-making, and ensure that Genesis products deliver measurable business value. This includes contributing to executive forums (e.g. Steering Committee and EOLT) with clear product insights on progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.\nYour responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Ownership\nOwn the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple AI products across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle (e.g. sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, buying, savings tracking).\nTranslate Procurement strategy and pain points into high-value AI use cases, balancing innovation with practical business impact.\nDefine product success through clear value metrics, KPIs, and adoption measures, ensuring benefits are realised and sustained.\nAI Product Delivery\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, POCs, MVPs, scaling, and continuous improvement.\nShape and prioritise the product backlog, working closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Business Analysts, and Architects.\nEnsure AI products are designed responsibly, with appropriate consideration for model performance, explain ability, data quality, security, and compliance.\nStakeholder and External Partners Management\nAct as the primary interface between Procurement, IT&D and Partners/Vendors\nPartner closely with Procurement leaders across GBS to ensure tight business alignment on benefits delivery and adoption.\nManage and govern relationships with external partners, ensuring outcomes, delivery quality, and knowledge Innovation and Thought Leadership\nStay current with AI trends including LLMs, agent-based systems, optimisation algorithms, game theory, and decision intelligence, and assess their relevance for Procurement.\nChampion experimentation and learning, helping the organisation move from proof-of-concept to scaled value.\nAct as an AI evangelist within Procurement, able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.\nThe experience we're looking for\nSkills/Experiences\nEssential\n12+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital or AI driven products.\nStrong Procurement domain knowledge, particularly across the Source to Pay process.\nSolid understanding of AI and analytics concepts, including LLMs, ML models, algorithms, and data pipelines (hands on coding not required).\nAbility to work effectively in complex, matrixed environments with global stakeholders.\nExperience working with external vendors and partners to deliver technology products.\nDesirable\nExperience delivering AI products in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise functions.\nFamiliarity with concepts such as agentic AI, optimisation, simulation, and game theory.\nExperience operating within Agile / product led delivery models.\nBackground in transformation, innovation, or advanced analytics programmes.\nTechnical / Professional Qualifications:\nEssential\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.\nProven experience using product and delivery management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Productboard, or similar) to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery flow.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (executive storytelling), PowerBI (analysis and value tracking), and Word.\nSolid understanding of digital and AI product lifecycles, including discovery, MVP delivery, scaling, and benefits realisation.\nDesired\nCertification or formal training in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner).\nCertification or training in Agile / Scaled Agile methodologies.\nExposure to or training in AI, analytics, or data driven products (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning fundamentals)\nThe skills for success\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap Ownership, AI Product Management, Procurement (Source-to-Pay) Expertise, Stakeholder Management & Alignment, Backlog Prioritisation & Value Definition, Agile / Product-led Delivery, Data & AI Concepts (LLMs, ML, Data Pipelines), End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management (Discovery to Scale), Vendor & Partner Management, Business Value Realisation & KPIs, Cross-functional Leadership (Tech & Business Teams), Risk & Governance Management, Decision Making & Problem Solving, Communication & Executive Storytelling, Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Productboard, PowerBI)\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
