The role will act as the primary functional expert for Controlling processes, ensuring stable operations, process optimization, system compliance, and delivery of global SAP initiatives.\nThis position partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, Shared Services, Master Data, and external partners to support end-to-end controlling processes across Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Allocation Cycles, and Period-End Close activities.\nThe role will be responsible for managing incidents, service requests, enhancements, project delivery, testing, documentation, stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvements across the SAP Controlling landscape.\nYour responsibilities\nSAP CO Operations & SupportOwn day-to-day support activities for SAP Controlling processes and related integrations.\nManage and resolve incidents, defects, and business support requests within agreed service levels.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to recurring issues.\nEnsure system availability, stability, and data integrity across SAP CO processes.\nCoordinate with technical teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system maintenance.\nBusiness Process ManagementSupport and optimize end-to-end SAP Controlling processes including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA)\nInternal Orders\nProfit Center Accounting (PCA)\nProduct Costing\nProfitability Analysis (COPA)\nAssessment and Distribution Cycles\nCost Allocations\nPlanning and Budgeting\nMonth-End and Year-End Close Processes\n\nEnsure business processes are aligned with global standards and governance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation.\nEnhancements & Continuous ImprovementGather and document business requirements from global stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications.\nDrive configuration changes and enhancements within SAP CO.\nSupport implementation of new functionality, process improvements, and system upgrades.\nContinuously identify efficiencies, controls improvements, and optimization opportunities.\nProject DeliverySupport global SAP transformation, rollout, and enhancement projects.\nParticipate in solution design workshops and process discussions.\nPerform impact assessments and recommend scalable SAP CO solutions.\nCoordinate system testing including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.\nEnsure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nGovernance & ComplianceEnsure all SAP CO processes comply with Reckitt's internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.\nMaintain process documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and support procedures.\nSupport internal and external audits related to SAP Controlling processes.\nAssist in segregation of duties reviews and compliance activities.\nStakeholder ManagementAct as the key liaison between business users, SAP technical teams, support partners, and third-party vendors.\nProvide expert functional guidance to finance and controlling stakeholders.\nDeliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users where required.\nSupport adoption of new solutions and process changes across the organization.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.\nProfessional qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred.\n7+ years of experience supporting SAP Controlling (CO) processes.\nStrong experience in SAP FICO environments supporting global organizations.\nProven experience in SAP support, enhancements, testing, and project delivery.\nExperience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nStrong understanding of finance and controlling business processes.\nThe skills for success\nPlatform Engineering, Agile Best Practices, User Experience Design, Compliance Management, Communication and Collaboration, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Mentoring and Coaching, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Containerisation, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.What we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
