And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking an experienced IT&D Senior Analyst - Core Infrastructure to support the design, implementation, and operational management of enterprise Data Center and Core Infrastructure across global and manufacturing environments. The role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure supporting business-critical applications, IT/OT integration, and cloud connectivity.It also drives infrastructure modernization across virtualization, hybrid cloud (Azure Local), storage, backup and disaster recovery, PKI, and automation, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards through close collaboration with internal teams and vendors.\nYour responsibilities\nSupport design, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise Data Center and Core Infrastructure platforms across regional and manufacturing environments.\nImplement and manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and Azure Local environments.Support Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and core enterprise services.\nManage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam and Commvault to ensure business continuity and resilience.\nSupport enterprise storage infrastructure including NAS platforms, replication, snapshots, storage virtualization, and performance optimization.\nDesign and maintain PKI infrastructure including Certificate Authorities (CA), certificate lifecycle management, and encryption services.\nSupport Citrix environments including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud platforms.\nEnsure infrastructure security through access controls, patching, hardening, segmentation, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.\nSupport IT/OT integration initiatives across manufacturing environments ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability architecture design and implementation.\nDrive automation, standardization, operational efficiency, and infrastructure modernization initiatives through DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices.Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, application, and vendor teams for delivery and operational support.\nMonitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Develop technical architecture documentation (TAS), standards, governance reports, and operational metrics.\nEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\nThe experience we're looking for\n8+ Years of Experience with Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Strong experience with Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.\nProven expertise in VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and Hyper-V.\nExperience with Azure Local and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.Strong knowledge of enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam and Commvault.\nHands-on experience with enterprise storage systems including NAS, replication, snapshots, and storage virtualization.\nUnderstanding of PKI concepts including Certificate Authorities, digital certificates, encryption, and lifecycle management.\nExperience with Citrix technologies including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.\nGood understanding of infrastructure security, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and IEC 62443 is an advantage.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.\nThe skills for success\nVMware virtualization, Windows Server administration, storage, backup & disaster recovery, hybrid cloud (Azure Local), PKI, Citrix, and infrastructure security, VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS,Citrix, and Group Policy.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
