And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the role\nThe IT&D Manager, Knowledge & Catalogue Management supports the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of GBS knowledge and service catalogue capabilities. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and improving knowledge and catalogue content so that services and information are accurate, easy to find and easy to use. \n\nThis position plays a key role in operationalising standards, supporting the GBS Knowledge Center, and ensuring knowledge and catalogue content remains current, trusted and ready for digital and AI-enabled consumption.\nYour responsibilities\nCreate, update and maintain knowledge articles and service catalogue entries in line with defined standards \nSupport the operation of the GBS Knowledge Center by helping integrate and maintain content from multiple knowledge sources \nApply metadata, tagging and categorisation to ensure strong searchability and findability \nManage knowledge and catalogue lifecycle activities, including reviews, updates and retirements \nPerform quality checks to ensure content is accurate, clear, consistent and user-friendly \nSupport AI-ready content practices by structuring content appropriately and maintaining metadata \nThe experience we're looking for\nExperience working with knowledge bases, service catalogues or content management systems \nUnderstanding of structured content, metadata and tagging to support search and digital experiences \nExposure to enterprise platforms, with ServiceNow knowledge or experience preferred \nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standards and governance \nComfort working with data, insights or analytics to support improvement \nAbility to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts \nInterest in digital services, self-service and user experience\nThe skills for success\nKnowledge Management, ServiceNow, Catalogue Management\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
