And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.\nAbout the role\nIT&D Senior Analyst - SAP Quality Management is responsible for supporting product roadmaps and delivery of major projects, enhancements and L4 support for all products within Manufacturing. The individual will provide subject matter expertise related to SAP Quality Management, Lab Management and related business processes. He/she will collaborate with both Global IT&D for Manufacturing, R&D, Connected Labs and ensure optimization of solutions in the functional area. Individual should have excellent communication skills and must showcase visible energy and passion for the role, willingness and experience level that will ensure success for the broader teams involved.\nYour responsibilities\nAct as the point of contact for the Quality workstream and work closely with business stakeholders to provide value to the business.\nImplement short term and long-term projects in line with product strategy and roadmap.\nContribute to design workshops, solution assessment and recommendations.\nDocumentation of functional project deliverables (High-Level Requirements, Functional Specification, End-User Testing)\nProvide SME support for BAU activities.\nGovern and enforce the standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaboratively work with cross-functional teams, Global Process owners and business stakeholders to design and deliver global solutions, country-specific localizations as needed to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, delivery partners, suppliers, and other product managers across the organization to ensure Product Group success.\nSupport teams of developers, configurators, and other subject matter experts to deliver small to medium-sized projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.\nThe experience we're looking for\n7-10+ years of SAP experience with strong functional depth in Quality Management, implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.\nProven experience of minimum of two full cycle implementations.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end Quality Management processes and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, WM.\nHands on SAP configuration and technical skills to understand complex workflow requirements to develop detailed functional specifications is a must.
