This role serves as the critical link between Finance, Tax, and IT, ensuring that intercompany business requirements are effectively translated into system design and technology solutions.\nThe role owns end-to-end process understanding, drives system enhancements and maintains governance standards to support efficient, compliant and scalable operations across the Intercompany Centre of Excellence (CoE).\nYour responsibilities\nIntercompany Operations & Systems\nAct as the SME for intercompany processes, systems, and tools.\nManage intercompany operations, system integrations, and data flows.\nPartner with Finance, Tax, Controllership, Master Data, and Technology teams to ensure efficient and compliant processes.\nTranslate business requirements into system and process improvements.\nSystems, Governance & Continuous Improvement\nLead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and change initiatives.\nAssess the impact of business, organizational, and transfer pricing changes.\nMaintain strong controls, data integrity, compliance, and process documentation.\nIdentify risks and control gaps, driving timely remediation.\nDrive standardization, simplification, automation, and data quality improvements.\nPromote best practices and operational excellence across intercompany operations.\nThe experience we're looking for\n8-10 years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP Governance, or Process Excellence.\nExperience managing system implementations, enhancements, or large-scale change initiatives.\nProven experience working across Finance, Tax and Technology\nStrong exposure to process governance, controls, and operating model design\nThe skills for success\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of finance processes, transfer pricing operations, and intercompany accounting.\nExperience with ERP environments, preferably SAP and integrated finance systems.\nStrong knowledge of system design principles, process mapping, testing methodologies, and change management.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
