The role will drive network transformation initiatives including SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, Private 5G, network segmentation, and cloud security while ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing connectivity services aligned with business and cybersecurity requirements.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n ● Lead the design, deployment, optimization, and modernization of secure IT/OT network infrastructure across manufacturing and enterprise environments in China.\n\n ● Implement scalable and resilient network solutions including SD-WAN, ZTNA, Private 5G, Software Defined Networks, and IT/OT/IoT connectivity.\n\n ● Support IT/OT separation, network segmentation, infrastructure lifecycle management, and transformation initiatives aligned with cybersecurity and operational requirements.\n\n ● Develop architecture designs, technical solution documents (TAS), standards, governance, and operational documentation.\n\n ● Ensure network infrastructure availability, reliability, performance, security, and compliance across business-critical environments.\n\n ● Implement and manage network security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, secure remote access, and OT segmentation solutions.\n\n ● Support cybersecurity, audit, risk management, and compliance initiatives aligned with NIST, IEC 62443, and Reckitt global standards.\n\n ● Perform proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation for network and connectivity issues.\n\n ● Collaborate with manufacturing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application teams, vendors, and managed service providers for project delivery and operational support.\n\n ● Drive automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives across connectivity services.\n\n ● Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and service governance processes for critical infrastructure services.\n\n ● Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, governance updates, and service performance metrics for stakeholders and management\n\nQualification:\n\n ● Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n\n ● Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network infrastructure and connectivity solutions.\n\n ● Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Enterprise or Security certification preferred.\n\n ● Strong expertise in SD-WAN, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architectures, including hands-on experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions.\n\n ● Proven experience deploying and managing Zscaler cloud security platforms including ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).\n\n ● Strong knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking technologies including Wireless, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and Software-Defined Access (SD-Access).\n\n ● Hands-on experience with wireless design, RF planning, network segmentation, automation, and policy-driven access control.\n\n ● Good understanding of emerging technologies including Private 5G and IoT connectivity.\n\n ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.\n\nEquality\n\nAt Reckitt, we recognise that in real life, great people don’t always ‘tick all the boxes.
