You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.\nAbout the role\nIn this roles, you will be responsible for the management projects, from feasibility phase until launch in the market, as well as be responsible for supporting senior project managers in the delivery of more complex projects. You will be working with multi-functional project teams to ensure project is delivered on time and within scope. You will be responsible for building and managing project timelines, estimating and managing budget and resources, managing risks, monitoring progress and communicating status to upper management. You will support portfolio management to the base business or innovation teams, assisting with annual portfolio planning, prioritisation and resourcing, budget management and overall project management support to R&D and cross functional teams as required to enable the delivery of the brand base portfolio.\nYour responsibilities\nManage the development of projects to ensure the maintenance of consumer preferred in market products for Reckitt brand(s)\nCoordinate activities and objectives with cross functional teams to advance assigned initiatives to achieve desired compliance, quality, supply continuity, cost targets and business results.\nEngage with current best approach on project management / planning, including creation and management of key project management documentation through appropriate use of PPM tools and systems (Project Briefs, Project Plans, Gantt Charts, Success Criteria, Risk Assessments, Budget, Resourcing, etc), in line with the operating model and PPM Charter.\nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical project paths; manage risk analysis and contingency planning\nManage cross functional project activity across several functions including internal/ external resources and lead cross-functional teams serving as the gate holder of all project timelines; track project plans and milestones.\nEnsure all parties involved in delivering project are held accountable for completion of actions on time and to required standards and resolve any arising issues (with support from Senior Project Manager/PPM Manager).\nEnsure proactive timely escalation of key projects and issues to appropriate stakeholders.\nEstablish, communicate and continually manage project expectations and progress with team members and key project stakeholders via meetings, presentations and monthly status reports.\nEnsure budgets and cross-functional resources are identified, allocated and managed per project requirements\nLead cross-functional alignment meetings to address specific project challenges/issues\nPrepare and present project status and risks to management\nResolve conflicts and build strong working relationships within the project teams.\nUse appropriate delegation/ influencing techniques as a vehicle to deliver project actions.\nLead project updates together with project champions towards key stakeholder forum updates, including flags for project changes (changes to scope, risks, resourcing, schedule) and Stage Gates, with support as needed\nEnsure project data is accurately created and maintained for assigned projects in corporate project planning systems\nPlease check criteria and governance requirements for Essential Home Employees to apply for Core Reckitt Roles.\nThe experience we're looking for\nProject Management skills and Microsoft Project skills\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience with product development within a FMCG environment\nExperience of working with global project team is a plus.\nA desire to pursue Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP).\nPlanning skills with good understanding of priority setting.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to provide feedback to team members with the goal of attaining common understanding, trust, and cooperation.
