You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.\nAbout the role\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of new and existing product development projects, from feasibility phase until launch in the market. You will be working with multifunctional project teams to ensure project is delivered on time and within scope. You will be responsible for building and managing project timelines, estimating and managing budget and resources, managing risks, monitoring progress and communicating status to upper management.\nIt is a fixed-term employment (12 months).\nYour responsibilities\nManage the development of key projects to deliver consumer preferred products for Reckitt powerbrand(s) from ideation until launch in the market(s)\nCoordinate activities and objectives with Marketing and R&D to advance assigned initiatives through the product development process to achieve desired cost targets and business results.\nAct as an exemplar of current best approach on project management / planning, including creation and management of key project management documentation through appropriate use of PPM tools and systems (Project Briefs, Project Plans, Gantt Charts, Success Criteria, Risk Assessments, Budget, Resourcing, etc)\nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical project paths; manage risk analysis and contingency planning on all assigned projects.\nManage cross functional project activity across several functions including internal/ external resources and lead cross-functional teams serving as the gate holder of all project timelines; track project plans and milestones. \nEnsure all parties involved in delivering project are held accountable for completion of actions on time and to required standards and resolve any arising issues (with support as required)\nEstablish, communicate and continually manage project expectations and progress with team members and key project stakeholders via meetings, presentations and monthly status reports.\nLead cross-functional alignment meetings to address specific project challenges/issues \nPrepare and present project status and risks to upper management\nApply influence to better align other functions to agreement of overall business objectives.\nResolve conflicts and build strong working relationships within the project teams. \nUse appropriate delegation/ influencing techniques as a vehicle to deliver project actions.\nLead project updates together with GBMMs (Global Brand Marketing Managers) towards key stakeholder forum updates, including Red Flags (change to risks, resourcing, schedule) and Stagegates \nThe experience we're looking for\nExceptional Project Management skills and Microsoft Project skills\nBS/BA/MS degree in related science or engineering, Master’s degree in business a plus.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience with product development within a FMCG environment, with a proven track record of delivery.\nExperience within Health or Medical Device industry a plus.\nExperience of working with global project team is a plus \nCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation (or on-track) a plus.\nPlanning and organisational skills with good understanding of priority setting.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to provide feedback to team members with the goal of attaining common understanding, trust, and cooperation.
