The role will drive risk identification, engineering safety improvements, project implementation, and sustainable safety controls.\nYour responsibilities\nQuality:\nBe aware, accountable and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules & regulations.\nEnforce quality mind & awareness for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice.\nBe compliance to requirements of ISO13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.\nAlways think “Quality is my responsibility”.\nSafety, Health & Environment:\nBe aware, accountable for safety, health and environment in workplace all time to ensure free-accident and good environment area of working. \nFollow which support the safety, health and environment regulations, company policies by working safely, reporting unsafe condition / unsafe action / near miss accident to supervisor as well as suggest for any improvement.\nBe compliance to requirements of ISO14001, ISO45001, other relevant EHS regulatory and company EHS requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.\nAlways think \"Safety, Health and Environmental is my responsibility\". \nGeneral:\nLead and coordinate the Machine Safety Guarding Project, including machine risk assessments, identification of guarding gaps, development and implementation of corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, EHS, and contractors to ensure machine guarding solutions are practical, compliant, and integrated into safe operation and maintenance practices.\nSupport Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including hazard and risk assessments, Management of Change (MOC), action tracking, and implementation of engineering controls.\nLead dust hazard management by identifying combustible dust risks, conducting assessments, and coordinating mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.\nMonitor project progress, milestones, risks, and action closures, escalating critical safety concerns as needed.\nSupport safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations related to machinery, process, and engineering safety.\nDevelop and maintain safety procedures, technical reports, risk assessment documentation, and training materials, while providing coaching to employees and contractors.\nFoster a strong safety culture and ownership mindset, ensuring safety improvements are effectively implemented, sustained, and continuously improved across the site.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing EHS, machine safety, process safety, or engineering safety, with demonstrated project leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of machine risk assessment methodologies, machine guarding standards, LOTO, and Process Safety Management principles.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels.\nProfessional certifications related to safety, machine safety, or process safety would be an advantage.\nExcellent skills in English.\nExcellent skills in computer and presenting.\nMS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at intermediate level.\nThe skills for success\nSupply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management Third-party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Management, Procurement.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
