Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and FP&A, you will gain valuable exposure to the commercial and financial dynamics of a leading FMCG organization.\nIn this role, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and cross-functional projects, helping deliver insights that drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Through close collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams, you will develop strong analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nYour responsibilities\nAssisting the Sales Finance team in forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accurate data preparation and system updates.\nSupporting month-end closing activities through the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial reports.\nPreparing and sharing financial insights with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and FP&A teams.\nMonitoring key business performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and supporting the team with actionable analysis.\nSupporting customer claims and commercial investments analysis, helping to track financial impact and collaborate with business teams to understand performance drivers.\nContributing to pricing and profitability monitoring activities, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and financial objectives.\nPerforming ad-hoc business analyses and providing data-driven recommendations to support commercial decision-making.\nSupporting the maintenance and reporting of financial data within Reckitt's financial systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.\nCollaborating with stakeholders across Mass Market, Pharmacy, and E-commerce channels, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Reckitt's commercial operations.\nThe experience we're looking for\nCurrently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nPrevious internship or academic experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Analysis, Sales Finance, or a related field is considered a plus.\nStrong interest in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, and business performance analysis within a dynamic FMCG environment.\nAnalytical mindset with strong numerical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets, reporting tools, and financial analysis (Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus)\nProactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.\nWell-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nSolid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.\nFluent in Spanish and English (both mandatory)\nThe skills for success\nBusiness Analysis, Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Data-Driven Decision Making, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Advanced Excel, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Learning Agility, Ownership, Communication Skills, Planning & Organization.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
