The role provides end-to-end operational support for learning administration, learning technologies, programme coordination, reporting, skills and competency management, and learner support.\nThe individual is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning systems, including SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, compliance and governance of learning data, content and records. The role supports learning assignments, curricula, instructor-led training, assessments, mentoring and coaching programmes and learning measurement activities.\nWorking closely with stakeholders, vendors, facilitators, and learners, the Learning Executive ensures services are delivered in line with agreed service standards, provides operational and technical support and contributes to an effective and engaging learning experience.\nYour responsibilities\nManage day-to-day learning operations activities and learning administration processes.\nMaintain learning systems (i.e. SuccessFactors LMS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.\nCoordinate and support the delivery of learning programmes and initiatives.\nMeet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards to ensure quality service delivery.\nProvide timely support to learners and stakeholders, ensuring a positive customer experience.\nAct as first-line support for learning platform inquiries.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service quality within learning operations.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.\n2-3 years of experience in HR, Learning Operations or a related field.\nKnowledge of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, HRIS) is an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong communication skills in spoken and written English.\nCustomer-focused service orientation.\nExcellent organizational and prioritization skills.\nAble to work independently with strong attention to detail.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
