We're looking for someone with a flair for communications and a knack for crafting impactful marketing initiatives. As a cornerstone of our hospital's brand and patient outreach, you'll play an essential role in defining how our services resonate and engage within the community. This is an opportunity to bring your innovative vision to life, ensuring our marketing messages are not only heard but also inspire action and reinforce our reputation for excellence.\nYour responsibilities\nOwn and lead the local HCP strategy across relevant Self Care/OTC categories, translating global strategies and local HCP insights into clear priorities and GTM plans.\nDrive HCP engagement and recommendation, developing relevant omnichannel strategies across face-to-face, digital and educational channels.\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal and Global teams to ensure strong strategic alignment and effective local execution.\nLead the Professional Marketing team and HCP engagement capability, building skills, accountability and high performance across the organisation.\nBuild and leverage the external HCP ecosystem, including KOLs, professional societies and strategic agency/platform partners, to strengthen Reckitt’s professional equity.\nMeasure and optimise HCP impact, using insights, KPIs and business performance to evaluate effectiveness and prioritise investment.\nEnsure scientific, regulatory and compliance excellence across all HCP engagement activities and communications.\nThe experience we're looking for\nUniversity Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences or another relevant scientific discipline.\nStrong track record and significant experience (min. 8 years) in HCP/professional Marketing, Medical Marketing, HCP engagement or a closely relative field, ideally within Self Care / OTC / Pharma.\nStrong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, HCP landscape and recommendation dynamics.\nExperience in building and managing relationship with KOLs, professional societies and external partners.\nExperience in identifying, communicating and managing external KOLs including compliance for the delivery of HCP educational activities.\nExperience in organising and presenting or representing the company at scientific conference and with external KOLs.\nFluent in Polish and English.\nStrong strategic and business orientation, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear priorities and actions. \nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.\nExcelling communication and presenting skills.\nThe skills for success\nConsumer behaviour, Medical Marketing, Communications, Influencing, Data Analytics, Clinical Management, Financial accumen, Key account management; strategic partnership, Digital strategy; Channel strategy, Storytelling, Stakeholder relationship management; Customer relationship management, Global Medical Affairs, Global Medical Affairs, Medical Sales; Clinical sales knowledge, Digital activation to HCPs\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
