Your expertise will directly reduce unplanned downtime, extend equipment life, and improve energy efficiency, enabling our manufacturing teams to deliver on time, every time. You won’t just solve problems-you’ll prevent them before they happen.\nYour responsibilities\nLead reliability strategies for plant utility systems, including boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and electrical distribution.\nDevelop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs using tools like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.\nAnalyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to design and execute reliability improvement projects.\nManage critical spares strategy and ensure availability for high-impact utility assets.\nDrive compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards for all utility systems.\nManage utility R&M budget including utility invoice tracking.\nMentor technicians, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).\n7+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.\nStrong knowledge of utility systems such as steam generation, compressed air, chilled water, and power distribution.\nProficiency with reliability tools and methodologies (RCFA, FMEA).\nExperience with CMMS (SAP PM) and data analysis tools.\nDemonstrated success in reducing downtime and improving asset performance.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.\nThe skills for success\nSupply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Relationship Management, Business accumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Management.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
