The role leverages Kinaxis Rapid Response to plan material requirements, monitor constraints, and provide visibility of risks. It ensures materials are available in the right quantity and at the right time, while optimising inventory and minimising production disruptions.\n\nYour responsibilities\n\nMaterial Planning & Availability\n\n Plan raw and packaging material requirements based on the production plan using Kinaxis Rapid Response.\n\n Ensure material availability to support manufacturing schedules.\n\n Monitor and resolve material shortages proactively to avoid line stoppages.\n\nInventory Management\n\n Manage material inventory levels in line with service and working capital targets.\n\n Monitor and reduce slow-moving and obsolete materials (SLOB).\n\n Maintain appropriate planning parameters (safety stock, lead times, MOQ)\n\nSupplier & Procurement Coordination\n\n Work with Procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.\n\n Track supplier performance, lead times, and delivery adherence.\n\n Escalate supply risks and delays impacting production\n\nFactory & Supply Alignment\n\nAlign closely with:\n\n Production / Manufacturing.\n\n Supply Planning.\n\n Ensure material availability supports the agreed production plan\n\nRisk Management & Scenario Planning\n\n Identify material supply risks and constraints within Kinaxis Rapid Response.\n\n Develop mitigation plans to protect production and service levels.\n\n Support scenario planning to evaluate supply risks and alternatives.\n\nSystem & Data Management\n\n Maintain accurate material master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis Rapid Response and ERP systems.\n\n Ensure data integrity for planning and reporting.\n\n Leverage system insights to support decision-making.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n Material availability (no line stoppages due to shortages).\n\n Inventory levels and working capital.\n\n SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete materials).\n\n Supplier delivery performance (OTIF).\n\n Adherence to production plan\n\nThe experience we're looking for\n\n 2–5 years’ experience in material planning, supply planning, or factory operations.\n\n Experience in FMCG / manufacturing environment preferred.\n\n Experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP, or similar planning tools.\n\n Strong understanding of production and supply chain processes.\n\nThe skills for success\n\n Strong analytical skills, planning and problem-solving capabilities, risk management, meticulous, attention to detail, data accuracy, excellent communication, stakeholder alignment
