This 100% onsite position partners closely with R&D, Quality, and Operations to optimize manufacturing processes, investigate deviations, develop SOPs, and drive product lifecycle excellence. Candidates with hands-on experience in GMP-regulated industries and SAP experience are highly preferred.\nAll candidates must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.\nThis role is not currently offering visa sponsorship or considering international movement.\n #LI-onsite\nYour responsibilities\nLead process engineering activities that support new product introductions, product changes, scale-up efforts, and successful technology transfers into manufacturing.\nDevelop, execute, and maintain validation activities, including equipment qualifications, process validations, cleaning validations, and related compliance documentation.\nDrive investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs) to resolve manufacturing, quality, and process-related issues.\nSupport manufacturing operations by creating and maintaining SOPs, reviewing product lifecycle activities, and ensuring processes comply with cGMP and quality requirements.\nPartner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements, support capital projects, and optimize manufacturing performance.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline; equivalent industry expertise may be considered.\nProven track record in Process Engineering, Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or similar technical functions within a regulated manufacturing environment.\nExposure to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, vitamin, softgel, gummy, or other FDA-regulated production operations.\nFamiliarity with validation programs, equipment qualification, deviation management, change control, and cGMP-regulated processes.\nWorking knowledge of SAP, along with involvement in product launches, technology transfers, process improvements, or lifecycle management initiatives.\nThe skills for success\nProcess Engineering\nManufacturing Process Validation\nGMP / cGMP Compliance\nRoot Cause Analysis\nDeviation Investigation\nQuality Management Systems (QMS)\nSOP Development & Documentation\nStatistical Analysis & Data Interpretation\nSAP\nAdaptability & Priority Management\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
