Together, we will work to navigate the exciting regulatory landscape, ensuring our diverse product range not only meets but exceeds the highest standards.\nYour responsibilities\n- Support invoice handling, purchase orders and department budget tracing in collaboration with Finance and Head of Regulatory Affairs Nordics.\n- Support product registrations, maintenane activities, annual reporting and regulatory submisions in Nordics national databases.\n- Maintain and update internal and external regulatory systems, databases, tracker and information platforms (e.g. GRIAS, CARA, www.rbeuroinfo.com, local trackers).\n- Support internal stakeholders with the handling, organization and archiving regulatory documentation, correspondence and Safety Data Sheets.\n- Support external stakeholders with providing Safety Data Sheets.\n- Monitor authority webpages for regulatory intelligence and provide administrative support in regulatory SOP development.\n- Assist with artwork and promotional material (no approval responisbilities)\n-Prepare report, translations, presentations, market-specific listing documentation and other administrative materials for the Nordic Regulatory Team.\nThe experience we're looking for\n- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biomedicine, Pharmaceutical or similar scientific disciplines.\n- Fluent in Danish.\n- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal skills).\n- Aditional Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) are considered as an advantage.\n- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel.\nPersonal skills:\n-Positive, curious and open-minded with proactive approach to learning and long-term growth in the role.\n-Self-motivated and solution-oriented, comfortable taking initiative and handling both new challenges an routine tasks in a fats-paced, dynamic environment.\n-Collaborative and eager to work across functions and cultures in an international setting, with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.\nThe skills for success\nTask Execution Under Pressure, Business Acumen, Commercial Awareness, Objective Setting, Accountability, Consumer Insight, R&D, Product Lifecycle Management, Intellectual Property, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Adapt to changes in technological development plans, Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement, Innovation Processes.\nWhat we offer\n-Practical experience within Nordic and international regulatory affairs.\n-Exposure to a broad portfolio and cross-functional collaboration.\n-A student position with opportunities for a professional development.\n-Insight into regulatory processess within a leading global consumer health & hygiene company.\nEquality\nWe recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
