You will leverage consumer, shopper, category, and customer insights to create winning 4P (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) strategies and Local Success Models that are executed through partnership with Sales and Marketing teams. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful market execution and delivery of Reckitt's business objectives.\nYour responsibilities\nDevelop channel and customer trade strategies aligned with business and brand priorities.\nGenerate shopper, consumer, category, and customer insights to drive growth.\nLead 4P strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) and execution excellence.\nDefine and implement Local Success Models and PICOS standards.\nBuild channel-specific go-to-market plans for launches and customer activation.\nManage trade investment and shopper marketing budgets to maximize ROI.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and Supply teams.\nAnalyze performance, forecast results, and optimize commercial effectiveness.\nSupport innovation launches through sell-in strategies and execution plans.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor’s degree required.3-5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Shopper Marketing, or related commercial roles.\nStrong commercial and analytical skills with experience driving business growth.\nExperience developing trade strategies, promotions, and customer activation plans.\nAbility to leverage shopper, consumer, and category insights to drive results.\nExperience with forecasting, trade investment analysis, and business planning.\nFamiliarity with NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, or customer POS data preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nP&L management experience preferred.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Ability to travel as needed.\nThe skills for success\nTrade Marketing, Field sales; Field sales management, Ecommerce, Analysing sales and Ecommerce data, Leadership skills, Consumer Insights; Shopper Insights; Customer Insights; Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills; Influencing, Consultative Selling, Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development, Perform product planning, financial accumen, commercial accumen, Sales negotiation, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
