This role owns category performance, trade marketing strategy, new product launches, distributor management, and ethical channel development. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable growth, strengthening market share, and maximizing profitability.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Category Management & Business Performance\nOwn category P&L performance, driving both revenue growth and profitability.\nAnalyze market trends, Nielsen data, competitive activities, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.\nDevelop and execute channel-specific trade marketing strategies to accelerate category growth and strengthen market leadership.\nMonitor category performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve business targets.\n2. Commercial Excellence & 4P Execution\nPartner with the Sales team to optimize execution of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion strategies across channels.\nEvaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements based on ROI analysis.\nEnsure efficient trade investment management and allocation of commercial resources.\n3. New Product Launches & Project Leadership\nLead end-to-end trade readiness for new product launches and innovation projects.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Sales to deliver successful launches.\nDevelop and execute go-to-market plans, launch toolkits, and activation strategies.\n4. Distributor & Supply Chain Management\n5.
