You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Key Account Managers and external suppliers to deliver impactful POSM materials and displays that strengthen brand presence and drive shopper conversion.\nIn this position, you'll gain hands-on experience managing POSM projects from concept to implementation, monitoring execution in-store, analyzing display performance and identifying opportunities to maximize sell-out. You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, support the Field Team with visibility solutions and contribute to creating innovative in-store experiences that help our brands stand out. If you're ready to turn ideas into execution and make a tangible impact in the shopper journey, this is your stage.\nYour responsibilities\nAs a Trade Marketing & POSM Trainee, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and visibility initiatives across Grocery and Pharma channels, ensuring excellence in-store execution and alignment with brand and commercial objectives. You will:\nCoordinate the development, production and implementation of POSM, displays and secondary placements, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and budget compliance.\nMaintain and monitor POSM trackers, stock levels and replenishment plans, ensuring material availability and accurate project tracking across channels.\nSupport Key Account Managers and the Field Sales team in identifying the most effective visibility solutions and promotional materials to drive customer and shopper engagement.\nTrack the execution and performance of displays and visibility initiatives, analyzing results and providing recommendations to optimize future activations and sell-out impact.\nCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Supply teams, agencies and external suppliers to ensure alignment and successful execution of trade marketing activities.\nAssist in the management of POSM budgets, purchase orders, supplier invoices and related administrative processes.\nConduct store visits and market checks to evaluate execution quality, identify opportunities and gather competitive insights.\nMaintain updated databases, planograms and visibility asset documentation to support effective reporting, governance and project management.\nThe experience we're looking for\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Economics or a related field.\nPrevious 1-year experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Support, POSM management or a similar role would be considered an advantage.(Experience within FMCG and/or Pharma companies will be highly valued).\n\nInterest in shopper marketing, in-store execution and commercial dynamics within FMCG and/or Pharmacy channels.\nStrong ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\n\nResults-oriented mindset, demonstrating accountability, ownership and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.\n\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.\n\nPositive, agile and enthusiastic mindset, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability and a strong willingness to learn and grow.\n\nHigh level of proactivity and ownership, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering excellence in execution.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nFluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.\nThe skills for success\nTrade Marketing, POSM Management, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Execution, Sales Support, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market Analysis, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Time Management, Organization, Multitasking, Proactivity, Teamwork, Results Orientation, Adaptability.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
