This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic improvement initiatives, drive sustainability performance, and make a significant impact on manufacturing operations.\nAs the Utility & Facility Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the safe and reliable operation of critical utility systems and facility infrastructure. You will play a key role in optimizing energy and water consumption, delivering capital projects, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.\nThis role requires a hands-on leader who can combine technical expertise with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to drive operational excellence across the entire site.\nYour responsibilities\nLeading utility and facility operations to ensure maximum system reliability and efficiency.\nDeveloping and executing improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.\nManaging energy, water, and sustainability programs to support environmental objectives.\nDriving engineering and infrastructure projects from concept through implementation.\nManaging departmental budgets and ensuring effective cost control.\nEnsuring full compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\nBuilding strong partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.\nPromoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across the facility.\nMaintaining FM Global compliance and supporting risk reduction initiatives.\nThe experience we're looking for\nMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally FMCG.\nProven experience managing utility systems and facility operations.\nStrong track record in engineering project management and capital project delivery.\nExperience leading teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nThe skills for success\nStrong ownership and accountability with a proactive, hands-on approach.\nExcellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and engage teams.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.\nEffective decision-making skills, particularly in fast-paced operational environments.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.\nStrong project management and prioritization abilities.\nWhat we offer\nWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.\nWe invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
