You will partner directly with RevOps and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable systems and automation.\nThis is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. We need someone who can architect, build, troubleshoot, and continuously improve our GTM systems. You should be highly proficient in Salesforce Flow and Apex, comfortable working across APIs and integrations, and capable of quickly diagnosing and fixing issues when something breaks.\nYou will own the technical execution of key RevOps initiatives across the revenue lifecycle from lead management and routing through pipeline, forecasting, deal desk, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals.\nJust as importantly, we want someone who proactively brings ideas to the RevOps team. You should constantly be looking for opportunities to make our systems smarter, faster, more automated, and easier for our GTM teams to use.\nOur ideal person doesn't wait for a list of tickets. They understand the business problem, recommend the right solution, build it, and own it through production.\nResponsibilities\nOwn & Build the GTM Systems Architecture\nServe as the primary technical owner for the systems and applications supporting Reco’s GTM organization.\nOwn the day-to-day health, architecture, scalability, and ongoing development of Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack.\nBuild and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and triggers, validation rules, custom objects, fields, approval processes, and automation frameworks.\nTranslate RevOps strategy and complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDesign systems that support the full revenue lifecycle, including lead management, routing, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, deal desk, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals.\nBuild for scale and long-term maintainability rather than relying on temporary fixes or excessive manual intervention.\nAutomate & Innovate\nProactively identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across the GTM organization and develop automation to eliminate them.\nBring fresh ideas for automation, AI-enabled workflows, and system improvements to the RevOps team.\nBuild intelligent workflows that improve seller productivity, surface next-best actions, strengthen pipeline visibility, accelerate deals, and improve GTM execution.\nDevelop automation that embeds operational discipline and data quality directly into our systems..\nContinuously evaluate our GTM processes and technology to identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, automate, or redesign workflows.\nDon't just execute requirements-recommend better solutions when you see them.\nTroubleshoot & Resolve Quickly\nServe as the first technical point of ownership when Salesforce or other GTM systems experience issues.\nQuickly diagnose and resolve Flow failures, Apex errors, validation issues, integration failures, permission problems, automation conflicts, and data issues.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues independently and drive them through resolution with urgency.\nBuild monitoring, alerts, fault handling, and error-management processes so issues can be identified and addressed before they materially impact the business.\nConduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes rather than repeatedly addressing symptoms.\nUnderstand downstream dependencies so changes and fixes do not unintentionally disrupt other GTM workflows.\nMaintain a highly responsive operating model for business-critical revenue systems.\nIntegrate & Scale\nBuild, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and Reco’s broader GTM technology stack, including HubSpot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clay, and other revenue applications.\nWork with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations to create reliable data flows between systems.\nUnderstand how data and automation move across the GTM technology stack and proactively identify integration gaps or risks.\nTroubleshoot synchronization and integration issues across platforms.\nPartner with vendors and internal stakeholders when deeper technical troubleshooting is required.\nHelp evaluate new GTM technologies and determine how they should fit into Reco’s systems architecture.\nOwn Development & Release Management\nOwn the technical development lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through build, QA, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation.\nMaintain disciplined sandbox development and testing practices.\nConduct impact analysis before implementing production changes.\nEstablish scalable change-management and release-management practices.\nMaintain clear technical documentation for critical automations, integrations, objects, workflows, and system dependencies.\nEnsure production releases are stable, scalable, and minimally disruptive to the business.\nMaintain Data & System Integrity\nConduct recurring audits to maintain Salesforce data quality and overall CRM hygiene.\nIdentify automation conflicts, technical debt, unused fields, broken processes, and architecture that should be simplified or redesigned.\nProtect the integrity of pipeline, forecasting, attribution, territory, lead, opportunity, and customer data.\nBuild controls that prevent bad or incomplete data from creating downstream problems.\nPartner with RevOps leadership to continuously improve the accuracy, reliability, and usability of GTM data.\nPartner with RevOps & the Business\nWork directly with RevOps leadership to design and implement the systems, workflows, and automation required to execute our GTM strategy.\nPartner cross-functionally with leaders and teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other GTM functions.\nUnderstand business problems deeply enough to recommend solutions-not simply build what is requested.\nChallenge requirements when there is a more scalable, automated, or technically sound approach.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.\nDocument new functionality, train end users, and help drive adoption.\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to RevOps on GTM systems architecture, automation, and technology decisions.\nRequirements\n4-7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development/administration, RevOps systems, GTM systems engineering, or a similar technical role.\nAdvanced expertise with Salesforce Flow, including complex record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, subflows, fault handling, and scalable Flow architecture.\nStrong hands-on expertise with Apex, including the ability to read, troubleshoot, modify, and develop Apex classes and triggers.\nDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, data models, validation rules, approval processes, permissions, permission sets, sharing, and security.\nDemonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex Salesforce production issues and quickly determine root cause.\nExperience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native connectors.\nExperience working with GTM applications such as HubSpot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clay, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of GTM processes, including lead lifecycle management, enrichment and routing, opportunity management, pipeline, forecasting, deal desk, attribution, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals.\nProficiency with SOQL and Salesforce data management tools.\nExperience with release management, sandbox strategy, QA, UAT, and production deployments.\nSalesforce certification is required.\nPython, SQL, JavaScript, or additional development experience is a plus.\nStrong technical documentation and communication skills.\nAbility to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience operating in environments with formal Security, IT, access-control, and change-management requirements.\nWorking knowledge of SaaS security concepts including least-privilege
