The Specialist is also responsible for managing the expense report process in SAP Concur.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nVerify, code and match invoices and post into the ERP\nObtain all required invoice approval\nCoordinate month-end close tasks including accruals, accounts reconciliations and preparation of AP aging report and related analysis\nFoster strong relationships with Procurement and Operations departments to resolve invoice issues and get approval\nManage expense report process via SAP Concur ensuring it complies with internal policies and procedures\nSupport the Group Leader of Accounts Payable in projects oriented towards process improvements\nPerform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined\n\nCandidate’s Profile\nA bachelor’s in commerce, a college diploma in accounting (DEC) or equivalent experience\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role\nStrong knowledge of the full cycle of accounts payable\nDetailed-oriented\nGreat communication and interpersonal skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nPrevious experience with transportation or freight invoices and knowledge of the corresponding documentation (e.g. Bills Of Lading and Proof Of Delivery)\nExperience with an ERP and demonstrate an ease to learn and adapt to new ERP environment\nExperience with a transportation management system, preferrable OTM (an asset)\nExperience with SAP Concur an asset\nProficiency with MS Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel\nBilingual in French and
