This role is located at our Alsip, Illinois facility.\nThe expected compensation for this position is an hourly rate of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications and is bonus eligible.\nYour role at Prestone\nOperate and maintain blow molding machines\nPerform mechanical troubleshooting to ensure machines are running efficiently\nMonitor production processes and make adjustments as needed\nPerform operator functions such as adjust machine settings and set up molds\nComple required paperwork for accurate production\nInspect finished products for quality control\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Degree or equivalent.\nTwo (2) or more years of experience in in a manufacturing facility operating blow molding machines or equivalent.\nDemonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\n\nPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions: The production facility is within an indoor industrial environment and is not climate controlled. Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently and have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
