Responsibilities include:\nFollowing all company safety policies and procedures.\nImmediately reporting unsafe conditions, injuries, near misses, spills, or equipment concerns.\nUsing required PPE properly.\nParticipating in safety training and meetings.\nFollowing lockout/tagout, machine guarding, hazard communication, emergency response, and other required safety practices.\nStopping work or escalating concerns when an unsafe condition exists.\n\nQuality Responsibilities\nThe employee is responsible for supporting product and process quality by:\nFollowing quality standards, specifications, and inspection requirements.\nReporting nonconforming materials, products, or processes.\nCompleting required quality documentation accurately.\nParticipating in corrective actions or continuous improvement activities.\nUnderstanding how the role impacts customer satisfaction, compliance, and company performance.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nThe successful candidate must have:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; additional education or technical training preferred.\n0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, or related environment.\nMechanical aptitude with developing troubleshooting skills\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, production schedules, labels, specifications, or technical documents.\nBasic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nAbility to work assigned shift, overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.\n\nPhysical Requirements \nThe physical demands of this position may include:\nStanding, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods.\nLifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 50 pounds.\nRepetitive hand, wrist, arm, or shoulder movements.\nUse of hands and fingers to handle tools, parts, controls, materials, or equipment.\nAbility to see, hear, and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, face shields, respirators, or protective clothing.\nAbility to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or around moving machinery, if applicable.\nNote: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nPay Range and Benefits: $21-$27 per hour.
