Responsibilities include:\nFollowing all company safety policies and procedures.\nImmediately reporting unsafe conditions, injuries, near misses, spills, or equipment concerns.\nUsing required PPE properly.\nParticipating in safety training and meetings.\nFollowing lockout/tagout, machine guarding, hazard communication, emergency response, and other required safety practices.\nStopping work or escalating concerns when an unsafe condition exists.\nQuality Responsibilities\nThe employee is responsible for supporting product and process quality by:\nFollowing quality standards, specifications, and inspection requirements.\nReporting nonconforming materials, products, or processes.\nCompleting required quality documentation accurately.\nParticipating in corrective actions or continuous improvement activities.\nUnderstanding how the role impacts customer satisfaction, compliance, and company performance.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nThe successful candidate must have:\nHigh school diploma or GED required;
