Could this be you? This role is predominantly home based, offering the flexibility of remote working while remaining connected to the wider team. You'll need to live within a commutable distance of our Telford office, as occasional attendance will be required for meetings, training and team collaboration.\nAbout the role\nYou will collect, input and maintain supplier service data across the Reconomy Recycle Loop Outsourcing business.\nIdentify and request missing data.\nLiaise with suppliers through various formats to obtain data relating to containerised waste services.\nEnsure accurate transfer of data from supplier reports or online Portals into the Reconomy Salesforce platform.\nLiaise with Customer Service Teams to resolve data discrepancies and help ensure clean and accurate data is presented to customers and help reduce supplier invoice queries.\nComplete data transfers in a timely manner to meet clients reporting and invoicing deadlines. \nEstablish strong working relationships with suppliers and internal or external business contacts to ensure departmental targets are met.\nMaintain updated knowledge of all Reconomy's products and services including in-house apps. \nWhat we need from you\nConfidence in communicating over the phone, and a professional and accurate approach to email correspondence. \nStrong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. \nA collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally. \nA keen eye for detail when working with data, ensuring accuracy at all times. \nWhat we offer\nHolidays and Birthday Leave - Start with 23 days, increasing to 25 after 2 years of service, plus bank holidays.
