We have the tools, talent and technology that enable customers to harness the full and inherent value of their resources, with integrated global operations in over 80 countries across the world.\nReconomy’s full range of capabilities are organized into 3 ‘loops’: Recycle, Comply and Re-use, each providing opportunities for circularity within the wider resource cycle.\nRecycle loop is utilising the latest technology and data to enable customers to make the best possible use of their materials. \nComply loop is enabling customers to solve increasingly complex environmental regulatory challenges using data, expert knowledge and thought leadership to drive business accountability across the globe. \nRe-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers. \nAbout the role\nCreate, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage for software products\nWork closely with Tech Lead, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts and other relevant stakeholders to understand project requirements and establish quality standards for software products.\nActively participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.\nIdentify, track, and report software defects and issues, collaborating with development teams to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement of the software.\n Contribute to both manual and automated testing processes, depending on the project requirements and team needs, ensuring robust testing across all levels of the product\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in QA, and emerging technologies, integrating new knowledge and skills into your work to improve testing processes.\n Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives, supporting the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.\n Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the overall quality assurance processes and strategies within the organization, driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency\nWhat we need from you\nProven experience working in a QA role within a software development environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. \nSalesforce testing experience, API testing, automation frameworks. \nHands-on experience testing Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations. \nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test management tools.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules). \nKnowledge of Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows. \nFamiliarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC). \nAwareness of Salesforce release management and sandbox environments.\nProficiency in using Postman for API testing to ensure correct API functionality and performance. \nSolid understanding and experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks tailored to project requirements. \nFamiliarity with Git or other version control systems for managing and tracking test code changes.\nAbility to work in a hybrid workplace, combining remote and in-office work, as per the company’s requirements and team dynamics.\nWillingness and ability to collaborate closely with a variety of teams, including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, to implement QA methodologies and practices across the organization\nExperience working with cross-functional teams spread across different time zones or departments, contributing to seamless collaboration and effective knowledge sharing\nWhat we offer\nThis role offers you the chance to work in a friendly, diverse and international environment, along with colleagues who will share your passion for innovation, agile-working and growth.
