If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.\nAbout the role\nSr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Regional Channel Development will be responsible and accountable for sourcing of agreed upon waste material through Formal & Informal Sector i.e. recyclers, Collectors, aggregators, retail chains and bulk consumers etc.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop new sourcing channels and vendor networks across Southeast India to ensure a consistent inflow of waste material Plastic, e-waste, battery waste etc and achieve sourcing targets.\nIdentify low-cost sourcing locations and onboard new MSPs (Material Service Providers) and aggregators.\nBuild and maintain a strong vendor pipeline through vendor identification, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.\nAnalyse sourcing markets, competitor activities, and price trends to support competitive pricing strategies.\nConduct weekly vendor visits as per the planned route and achieve assigned document collection targets.\nEnsure 100% documentation accuracy and compliance with company processes and client SOPs.\nEnsure timely and accurate PO generation and invoicing.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement and trading activities with business objectives.\nMonitor and report procurement performance, key achievements, and areas requiring attention.\nEnsure adherence to agreed vendor terms, processes, and organisational SOPs.\nWhat we need from you\nMinimum 3-7 years of experience in Field Service management, retail customers or B2B customers management.
