Our platform helps healthcare, construction, and facilities management customers understand and manage their physical spaces with precision and confidence 1000x faster than previously available.\nAs a fast-growing company, every team member plays a meaningful role in delivering accurate spatial data to our customers. This role owns the system that makes that accuracy possible, from raw capture to finished digital twin.\nRole Overview\nThe Operations Manager will lead the Company's final deliverables to its customers, owning the end-to-end process by which 360° imagery and video walkthroughs become accurate, customer-ready floor plans, digital twins, and asset data. You’ll set the quality standards, optimize the workflows, and own the end product.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage a small, close-knit team of specialists and interns. You will also be a player-coach fluent in the work that needs to be done: diagnosing registration and alignments, judging whether a capture is fit for production, and verifying that scale, coordinates, and asset placement are accurate. You’ll work closely with the VP's of Operations and Engineering to turn recurring QA steps into automated checks with customer-facing teams to make sure what we promise matches what we deliver.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the final deliverable to our operations, facility and compliance customers in healthcare and construction.\nDefine and maintain accuracy and quality standards (tolerances, acceptance criteria, escalation paths) and the documentation that supports them.\nHire, train, and manage operations interns and reality capture staff\nTrack throughput, turnaround time, rework rates, and accuracy metrics; report on them to leadership and use them to drive process improvements\nPartner with Engineering and Operations to prioritize improvements, automate QA steps, and feed learnings back into the platform\nServe as the technical point of contact for customers on capture requirements, deliverable specifications, and accuracy questions, particularly for healthcare facility and construction clients\nPlan capacity and scheduling across concurrent customer projects, including coordination with field capture teams.\nAbout the Team\nYou’ll report to the VP of Operations and lead a growing team responsible for the core of what the Company delivers. Our team values consistent precision, operational rigor, and clear documentation. You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, and the Go-To-Market teams while directly influencing how the company scales as our customer base grows.\nWe’re building tools that matter. Accurate floor plans and digital twins help healthcare facilities track critical assets, ensure life-safety compliance, detect physical environment defects, and manage physical space at scale. In this role, you’ll be the person tying them all together.\nRequired\nExperience as an operations manager, customer success manager, or equivalent\nTrack record of building and/or improving QA processes, standard operating procedures, and operational metrics\nStrong written and verbal communicator, able to document standards clearly and explain technical issues to non-technical customers and stakeholders\nComfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where processes are being established\nWork in-office 5 days per week with occasional travel to customer sites throughout the United States.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3682,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Computer Vision","Construction Management Software"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-02T22:12:51Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:4","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-04T06:34:25Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/reconstruct-operations-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/reconstruct-operations-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-05T01:09:29Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1306,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-06T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":690233},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=690233"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Freconstruct-operations-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Freconstruct-operations-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Freconstruct-operations-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/reconstruct-operations-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Freconstruct-operations-manager"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3643649}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"reconstructinc.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3643649},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
