This isn't just a job; it is an education and career in a fast growing critical sector of the global economy that is projected to double in size by 2030.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProspect & Qualify: Identify, research, and engage C-suite and VP-level prospects across target accounts\n Outbound Excellence: Run multi-channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to engage prospects and create new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets\nAccount Mapping: Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence: organisation charts, current technology stack, pain points, and buying committees\nProspect & Qualify: Identify, research, and engage C-suite and VP-level prospects across target accounts\n Inbound Excellence: Follow up on hand-raisers and marketing generated leads (MQLs) from events and webinars etc in a timely and efficient manner\nDiscovery: Lead first-call discovery calls, uncovering pain points, exploring how Recorded Future can add value, and secure a next steps meeting\nSales Methodologies: Learn and apply Recorded Future’s proven sales methodologies and processes\nCollaboration: Partner closely with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to craft tailored outreach campaigns\nContinuous Improvement: Leverage coaching, call reviews, and enablement resources to refine messaging and objection-handling skills\nProspecting Tools: Utilise sales prospecting tools to identify and research target accounts and contacts\nCRM Hygiene: Log activities and maintain data accuracy and quality in Salesforce\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nMinimum 2 years of successful outbound experience as a BDR / SDR, preferably in cybersecurity or technical SaaS products, in the ASEAN enterprise space\nProven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise or government segments\nAble to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders\nDesire to pursue technology sales as a career path\nAmbitious self-starter mentality with the agility to thrive in a high-growth, data-driven culture\nExperience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nAbility to take direction, be coached, and mentored\nAbility to travel to training and kick-off meetings in US, and marketing events across ASEAN as required\nMust be able to attend the office in Singapore at least 3 days a week as minimum\nMust be based in Singapore only\nFull professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
