These external stakeholders include Fortune 500 companies, and large public sector organisations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nNegotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors\nWork with other departments, especially Sales and Marketing, to achieve their goals\nReview and approve sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards and guidelines\nManage and support procurement contracting workflows within Ironclad for routine engagements, including events, contractors, and ad hoc services\nWhat You'll Bring:\nLaw degree from an accredited university;\nMust be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (i.e., admitted to a bar and in good standing - qualified lawyer)\nFluency in English essential and additional language skills for example Spanish, Portuguese, or German desirable\nTransactional training and experience.
