Check out our free public version ( https://tria.ge) to get a taste of what we're building.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTriage and investigate samples surfaced by the sandbox to discover new and emerging malware families.\nPerform static and dynamic analysis of malicious samples across Windows, macOS, and/or Android platforms.\nWrite and maintain YARA rules to reliably detect malware families and variants.\nDevelop and maintain configuration extractors to pull actionable intelligence (C2 servers, campaign IDs, encryption keys, etc.) from malware samples.\nValidate and tune detections to minimize false positives.\nImprove analysis methodology and tooling.\nInfluence sandbox features based on malware research.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nSolid understanding of how sandbox systems work (behavioral analysis, hooking, monitoring, evasion detection, etc.)\nStrong knowledge of internals of Windows, Android, or macOS (multiple is a plus) - process/memory model, file formats, APIs, OS-level mechanisms abused by malware.\nPractical experience writing YARA rules, behavioral detection, and config extractors.\nStrong skills in Assembly language\nComfortable working asynchronously and independently.\nFamiliarity with the Go programming language\nPrior experience contributing to public or private detection rule sets\nWhy should you join Recorded Future?\n Recorded Future employees (or “Futurists”), represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion, and acting ethically.
