are we looking for\nEssential\nProven senior product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning a product area and delivering business outcomes\n\nStrong product discovery, strategy and roadmap capability, working independently at an advanced level\n\nCommercial acumen: able to connect product decisions to ARR, retention and revenue per employee\n\nExcellent stakeholder communication and the ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority\n\nComfort with qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions\n\nHighly Regarded\nDomain experience in data governance, information management, security or compliance for regulated enterprises\n\nTechnical background in cloud-based software\n\nExperience mentoring product
