not artificial prompt experiments.\nYour taste, judgment, and ability to define quality will directly shape how the model evolves.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply generative models to real-world design scenarios, including editorial illustration, marketing visuals, product imagery, brand assets, and early-stage concept ideation\n\nEvaluate generated outputs to identify quality gaps, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement, documenting findings clearly and constructively\n\nCompare and rank generated images using defined criteria such as composition, visual quality, consistency, and usability within product or marketing contexts\n\nSource and curate image sets from permitted and licensed sources that reflect contemporary visual trends and broadly recognized style categories\n\nDevelop realistic use-case scenarios with clear objectives, constraints, and desired outcomes to guide model evaluation and iteration\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of professional experience as a designer, illustrator, art director, or visual creative\n\nA portfolio with recent and relevant work\n\nStrong visual taste and aesthetic judgment\n\nExperience working with real design briefs and constraints\n\nAbility to clearly explain why one visual solution is better than another\n\nComfort using experimental tools and providing structured feedback\n\nHands-on experience with AI image tools (and ideally chat-based AI)\n\nNice to Have\nBackground in branding, marketing, editorial, product design, or illustration\n\nAgency or studio experience across multiple brands\n\nFreelance experience across diverse projects\n\nInterest in AI, generative models, or creative tooling\n\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time contract with flexible hours around core team availability\n\nA front-row seat at the intersection of professional design and cutting-edge AI -
