agree acceptance, integration tests and rollout plans with Product, backend and firmware before promising a date.\n\n- Reliability across BLE connections, background execution, offline recovery, audio flows, battery use and platform-specific behaviour.\n\n- Review correctness, async behaviour, recovery, performance, security and tests.\n\n- Set risk-based review gates and stop a release when critical evidence is missing.\n\n- Product accepts the experience;
