: 3-10 years\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Real-Time Communication Architecture : Design and build a transport-agnostic real-time message pipeline that works seamlessly across WebSockets, HTTP long-polling, and push notification channels.\n\n- Polymorphic UI & AI-Native Rendering : Build extensible, streaming UI rendering infrastructure capable of mapping heterogeneous server payload streams to dynamic mobile components.\n\n- Offline-First Local Storage : Architect the local data layer using offline-first storage patterns (SQLite / WatermelonDB), including schema migrations and conflict resolution.\n\n- Mobile Reliability & Edge Cases : Solve complex mobile edge cases such as app backgrounding state transitions, silent auth token refreshes, and network degradation.\n\n- Performance Optimization : Drive deep Android performance tuning, optimizing memory footprints, leveraging the Hermes engine, and tuning virtualized list rendering for smooth 60 FPS performance.\n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- 3+ years of dedicated React Native experience with production apps shipped on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.\n\n- WebSocket & Real-Time Mastery : Experience managing connection lifecycles, heartbeats, and event-driven message handling.\n\n- Local Data Persistence : Expertise with SQLite or WatermelonDB.\n\n- TypeScript Proficiency : Deep experience with strict TypeScript typing and maintaining type safety across state and persistence layers.\n\n- Android Performance Optimization : Proven experience with memory profiling, Hermes engine tuning, and frame-drop debugging.\n\n- Concurrent State Management : Mastery over Redux Toolkit / State Libraries to manage concurrent asynchronous state.\n\n- Polymorphic UI Component Rendering :
