More detailed instructions on onboarding.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an AI Engineer Associate with 3–5 years of experience to design, build, and scale AI-powered applications across different areas of Generative AI. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to architect, integrate, test, and productionize AI solutions using modern AI models, APIs, frameworks, and tools. The role spans multiple areas of AI, including LLM applications, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Multimodal AI, and AI automation.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and scale AI-powered applications and features using modern AI models and APIs.\nOwn technical decisions across different GenAI domains based on product requirements.\nDevelop and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models.\nArchitect and build AI agents and autonomous/multi-step workflows.\nLead work on Voice AI, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational AI, and voice agents.\nDesign and implement Computer Vision solutions for image and video-based use cases.\nDesign and optimize prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.\nBuild and maintain NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI systems.\nEvaluate and select AI models, APIs, frameworks, and architectures for production use.\nIntegrate AI capabilities with backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.\nEvaluate AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost at scale.\nDebug complex AI application issues and analyze model outputs to drive fixes.\nTake prototypes from experimentation to reliable, production-grade features.\nMentor junior developers and stay ahead of developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI.\nRequired Skills\nStrong programming fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.\nSolid, hands-on experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.\nStrong experience with APIs and REST services.\nDeep understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.\nProven experience integrating AI models into production applications.\nStrong command of Git/GitHub and standard engineering workflows.\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\nAbility to evaluate and adopt new technologies and frameworks quickly.\nDemonstrated experience shipping AI features to production.\nGood to Have\nHands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source AI models.\nExperience with AI Agents, Voice Agents, Conversational AI, or AI automation.\nExperience with Computer Vision, NLP, Speech AI, or Multimodal AI.\nExperience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or
