You will shape implementation\napproaches, guide technical decisions, own complex integrations, and work across customer,\nproduct, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.\nResponsibilities\n• Lead customer discovery and translate business needs into solution designs and delivery plans.\n• Own the build, customization, integration, and deployment of AI-powered applications and\nworkflows.\n• Design and deliver complex API, database, and third-party platform integrations.\n• Develop and review backend services and automation workflows for reliability and\nmaintainability.\n• Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues and improve application performance and\nstability.\n• Partner with product and engineering teams to inform product improvements using customer and implementation feedback.\n• Guide customer onboarding and implementation delivery, and mentor teammates where\nappropriate.\nRequired Skills\n• Advanced hands-on programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.\n• Strong experience with APIs, backend systems, databases, and production integrations.\n• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative engineering practices.\n• Applied experience building AI/LLM-enabled applications.\n• Strong technical problem-solving, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration\nskills.\nGood to Have\n• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.\n• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.\n• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and application deployment.\n• Exposure to customer-facing engineering or technical consulting.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent\nprofessional experience.
